RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 90 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Items returned outside the 90-day window
  • Products without proof of purchase

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Warranty Coverage

Savio provides a limited 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage due to misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications

Chargeback Policy

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact support before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized disputes may result in delayed resolution due to payment processor investigation requirements.
